Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns within 30 days

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return, with no need to give a reason. Write to us at support@maisontanger.com with your order number: we will send you the steps to follow within 24 business hours.

Conditions

The item must be returned unworn, unused, with its tags and in its original packaging.

Return costs

Free returns in metropolitan France: we send you a prepaid label. Other European Union countries: €4.90 deducted from the refund. Outside the EU: at your expense.

Refund

Once we receive your return, we check it within 5 business days and confirm by email. The refund is then issued within 5 business days, to the payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, a further 2 to 5 days may pass before it appears on your statement.

Defective items

Damaged item or manufacturing defect: send a photo to support@maisontanger.com. Replacement or refund, your choice, with return costs covered by us.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or are returned without packaging can be neither taken back nor exchanged.
