Returns and Refunds Policy
You have 30 days to change your mind. No need to justify yourself.
Conditions
- Bag in perfect condition (not worn, not washed, no signs of use).
- Original tag attached.
- Original packaging if possible.
- 30 days from the delivery date.
How to return an item
- Email support@maisontanger.com with your order number.
- We send you a pre-printed return label.
- Print it, attach it, and drop off the parcel at a post office or pickup point.
- Inspection within 5 business days.
- Refund within a further 5 business days to your original payment method.
Total time: 10-15 business days between shipping the return and receiving your refund.
Return shipping costs
Free within mainland France. Other EU countries: €4.90 deducted from the refund. Outside the EU: at your own cost.
Exchanges
Want to exchange for a different color or size? It's simpler this way: we refund you, and you place a new order.
Defective items
Damaged bag or manufacturing defect: send a photo to support@maisontanger.com within 7 days of receipt. Free replacement, shipping costs covered by us.
Non-eligible items
- Gift cards (non-refundable).
- Personalized items (engraving) — no returns except in case of defect.
